Eti izmeneniya obuslavlivayut razvitie gibkoy sistemy professional'nogo turistskogo obrazovaniya, sposobnoy udovletvoryat' potrebnosti v novyh znaniyah i umeniyah specialistov turistskoy industrii. Gosudarstvennye obrazovatel'nye uchrezhdeniya, nahodyaschiesya v zhestkih normativnyh ramkah, ne uspevayut bystro reagirovat' na voznikayuschie, inogda v techenie odnogo turistskogo sezona, zaprosy biznes-sredy. Vmeste s tem sleduet podcherknut', chto u profil'nyh obrazovatel'nyh organizaciy, finansiruemyh gosudarstvom, zadachi professional'noy podgotovki ne svodyatsya isklyuchitel'no k obespecheniyu zaprosov rabotodateley turizma «zdes' i seychas»; universitety i instituty na osnove provodimyh monitoringov i forsayt-issledovaniy takzhe orientiruyutsya na formirovanie specialistov s perspektivnymi kompetenciyami (kompetenciyami, kotorye budut vostrebovany cherez neskol'ko let, posle okonchaniya vuza) i na formirovanie sobstvenno zaprosa na novye kompetencii posredstvom proektirovaniya novyh tehnologiy, uslug i pr. v turizme. Takim obrazom, konstatiruetsya problema, voznikayuschaya iz-za potrebnosti razvitiya sistemy «bystrogo» reagirovaniya na zaprosy rynka truda i ne vpolne sootvetstvuyuschaya etim zaprosam sistema gosudarstvennogo professional'nogo obrazovaniya v sfere turizma. V stat'e razvivaetsya ideya korporativnogo obucheniya na rabochem meste personala predpriyatiy turistskoy industrii. Ideya korporativnogo obucheniya ne yavlyaetsya novoy sama po sebe, odnako, obosnovanie razvitiya sistemy korporativnogo obucheniya v kontekste obschey strategii razvitiya rossiyskogo professional'nogo turistskogo obrazovaniya, osobenno v aktual'noy situacii sinhronizacii professional'nyh i obrazovatel'nyh standartov i formirovaniya otraslevoy ramki kvalifikaciy, yavlyaetsya aktual'noy i ostro vostrebovannoy. V kachestve ob'ekta issledovaniya oharakterizovannoy vyshe problematiki opredeleno rossiyskoe korporativnoe obrazovanie, v kachestve predmeta – model' korporativnoy podgotovki personala dlya turizma v kontekste razvitiya rossiyskoy sistemy professional'nogo turistskogo obrazovaniya. Cel'yu issledovaniya opredelena razrabotka modeli korporativnoy podgotovki personala dlya turizma v kontekste razvitiya rossiyskoy sistemy professional'nogo turistskogo obrazovaniya. Dlya dostizheniya celi issledovaniya primenen kompleks teoretiko-metodologicheskih i nauchno-metodicheskih podhodov, sredi kotoryh otmetim prezhde filosofsko-kul'turologicheskie podhody k modernizacii obrazovaniya s poziciy lichnostno orientirovannoy paradigmy, teoriyu razvitiya professional'nyh i lichnostnyh harakteristik v processe professionalizacii. Osnovnymi primenennymi metodami yavlyayutsya: teoreticheskiy analiz literaturnyh istochnikov; obobschenie opyta veduschih obrazovatel'nyh praktik v sisteme korporativnogo obrazovaniya, metod modelirovaniya i dr. Po rezul'tatam provedennogo issledovaniya: utochneny principy obucheniya vzroslyh primenitel'no k profil'noy sfere obrazovaniya; obobscheny osnovnye konceptual'nye polozheniya akmeologii v predmetnoy specializacii; issledovany praktiki korporativnogo turistskogo obrazovaniya (na osnove analiza obucheniya personala na 37 predpriyatiyah turizma), obobscheny rezul'taty issledovaniya imeyuschihsya praktik korporativnogo obrazovaniya, vyyavleny problemy, takie kak: otsutstvie sistematicheskogo korporativnogo obrazovaniya na bol'shinstve issledovannyh predpriyatiy; nedostatochnaya nauchno-metodicheskaya prorabotannost' programm, prisutstvie sistemy podgotovki i otbora nastavnikov. V kachestve resheniya vyyavlennyh problem predlozhena model' podgotovki personala dlya turizma v usloviyah korporativnogo obrazovaniya.
