GAS-THERMAL METHODS OF DUSTING FOR THE EQUIPMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract (English):
Hardening a blanket of a constructional material by gas-thermal methods of a dusting allows to solve many major technical problems, though, in itself, the development and realization of such technological methods of hardening represents an exclusively complex problem from both a scientific and production perspectives. The authors of the article propose methods of superficial hardening the purpose of which is to increase the operational life of machinery parts cars and mechanisms of the equipment employed by public service establishments.

Для нанесения упрочняющих и восстанавливающих покрытий наиболее приемлемы газотермические методы напыления. Благодаря наиболее высоким характеристикам (прочность сцепления с подложкой до 250–280 МПа) газотермические методы напыления могут быть предпочтительными для упрочнения и восстановления наиболее ответственных и нагруженных деталей оборудования предприятий бытового обслуживания [1].
